Policies

• Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival, earlier check-in may be available only by prior arrangement with management.
• Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Later check-out may be arranged for an extra surcharge of $10/hour. Check-out later than 1pm incurs an extra night's charge.
• Individual reservations may be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours before check-in time. Cancellations after that may incur a minimum cancellation charge of one night's accommodation.
• Payment for all accommodation must, at the latest, be made in full on the day of departure.
• Overdue/recovery charges may be applicable if your account is not paid on time.
• No visitors are allowed in the rooms after 10pm.
• Any damage to room or property causing loss of income may be charged if applicable.
• Smoking inside the units is not allowed.
• Smoking inside the units will incur an extra charge for cleaning, curtain wash etc. If you want to smoke, please use the sand containers placed on the outdoors, for your convenience.
• Cooking of strongly scented foods and shellfish is not permitted. If such cooking occurs and results in the room being tainted by odours that are difficult to remove, then you may be charged for cleaning and loss of income.
